| Soccer Centers, LLC. is seeking one (1) Program Director in Hockey for its Somerset, NJ location. The Program Director will develop, refine, and direct training program for European-technique training classes and programs for the center. Direct and evaluate instructors and trainee instructors. Ensure that instructors provide age-appropriate training and skill development to students. Develop and facilitate trainee instructor development programs and mentor trainee as needs arise. The applicant must have an Associate degree or equivalent in Sports Education, Physical Education, or Sports Science plus at least six (6) years of full-time work experience as a Coach, Instructor, or similar position. In the alternate, the applicant must have eight (8) years of full-time work experience as a Coach, Instructor, or similar position. Must have professional license to coach USA Field Hockey Level III. Foreign license acceptable such as KNHB Level B (or higher). The employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training to satisfy the minimum requirements.
